When I met Billie just 2 weeks before Christmas he was a frightened little boy, unsure of what his future might hold. He was running back and forth on the back seat on our drive to his foster home, and lost his appetite for the first few days.
In the short month we’ve had him he has come right out of his shell. Billie is a determined fireball who will eat anything you put in front of him. He knows how to sit (for a treat, of course!), walk on a harness & lead, and is learning to stop at curbs until his human tells him he’s allowed to go. He isn’t too fond of other dogs on his walk so some extra training would benefit him.
He has become house trained, will take any invitation to jump on his humans lap but not quite comfortable enough to relax there for long! After a few weeks of introduction, he now loves to play with his foster sibling. At night his favourite place to be is my bedroom where he will either sleep on his bed or under my bed until sunrise.
While Billie hasn’t been around many kids, we think it’s best he goes to a child free home as he still likes to jump a bit.
Billie is a quick learning bundle of energy who is very social with anyone who visits!
He can’t wait to go to his forever home.
Billie is desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with flea and worm treatment.
