Moose ~ 5 month old male Great Dane x Mastiff ~ $400

Hey guys my name is Moose, and I am on the search for my perfect forever home! Now due to a not so very good start to life I am only a small pup weighing 10kgs, but that doesn’t mean I’m not going to grow nice and big like my mum!

Now I do have the cutest face ever, I must admit, but my foster mum says it doesn’t always help me when I’m naughty. I am young so I am still learning lots of new things so it’s not my fault if I’m naughty! My foster mum has been teaching me a few manners, mostly to wait for food, which is soooo hard. I just love food so much, so much that I will try to steal it sometimes, opps! Other than my love of food, I love to play with my foster siblings. I can be a bit rough and noisy but that doesn’t bother my foster brother at all, in fact he loves it!

In my foster home I have been learning to wait for my food (which I have been nailing by the way!), wait at the door instead of running out, walk well on lead and not to bark all the time (which I am still getting the hang of, I just like to let everyone know I’m there). I do know how to sit, and am almost toilet trained. If you don’t let me out in time I might have a little tiny accident inside. At night, I sleep in a crate and I don’t mind it, but I would much rather be on your bed with you, I just love to cuddle!

I have ben living with 3 other dogs, who I get along with really well but it did take me a few days to get comfortable. When first meeting other dogs I am quite timid and can be a little snappy, but that’s not my fault. I just don’t know what to do when I meet a dog for the first time. My foster mum said that without  my foster siblings I would be very bored and lonely, so I do need a doggy friend in my new home. They would need to be very patient and understanding of my timidness. Once I get used to them I love nothing more than to run around and wrestle! I have also been living with four guinea pigs and one bird who I am a little bit too interested in, but I don’t hassle them too much in their cage. My new family will need to continue working on my training especially around food. I need someone who is going to be firm and not give in to my seriously cute face.

If you think you can give me the home that I need please fill in an application!

Moose is desexed, microchipped and up to date with his vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
