Roxy

Roxy : 2yr old JRT x – $400

Some of you may already know of Roxy from when she first came into GARs care. She was VERY heavily pregnant and ready to pop at any minute! Due to extremely sad circumstances Roxy lost all of her nine puppies and was very lucky to survive. Despite her ordeal, Roxy really is just a fun loving pup. She loves to run around crazy, without a care in the world and plays all day long with her furry foster siblings (cat and dog). During Roxy’s time in care it has also become known the she suffers from a sensitive stomach, as a result of this Roxy requires a high quality, not too high in fat diet and should not over eat, as much as she would love to! Haha. When it comes to dinner time, she certainly knows when it is near and will literally run circles around you with excitement. Roxy doesn’t mind walking on the lead but much prefers a park or oval where she can run around, she has excellent recall and never really wants to be too far away from you anyway. She has never really shown much interest in toys and it is safe to say her biggest love would have to be the love, attention and company of her humans. You see this in her when she hears your voice and she does a cute little stomp up and down, happy dance with her feet. She is quite clingy and does not enjoy being separate from her humans, and can become quite anxious and destructive if she is. Roxy is a petite little thing and is very much an inside dog. She is house trained, great with kids, cats and other dogs and would suit a home with a furry sibling to keep her company or with a family that is home more often than not. She is by far one of the most beautiful and sweetest dogs her foster carer has ever come across. This sweet little girl is guaranteed to melt your heart!

Roxy is desexed, microchipped and up to date with her vaccinations, flea and worm treatments.
